About
I am a mechanical engineer who offers freelance engineering servies based on the Eyre Penninsula, South Australia. I utilise design and analysis skills coupled with experience in heavy industry to provide engineered solutions. I can perform all tasks needed to bring a project to conclusion - identify requirements, generate concepts, liaise with specialist suppliers, produce drawings and manage the project.

Stress analysis
I specialise in simulating operational service condition of equipment using Finite Element Analysis (FEA). I use industry leading Ansys software to simulate the stress, strain, vibrational response and other properties. This can give confidence that a system will operate as intended before fabrication starts, or estimate the service life of existing equipment.
